Losing both parents

Hi, 

I dont know why im posting this but wondering if anyone has been in a similar position.. currently feeling lost.. my mum passed away to cancer when i was 15.. so 13 years ago.. i am now 28years old and my dad  only has a few months to live due to cancer.. 

feels like i am reliving everything i had put to the back of my mind... 

Again, i dont know why im writing this..

    Hiya I am 40 I lost my dad when I was 11 and lost my mum 9 Days ago ! I am lost I have no idea what to do with myself . My mum was my best pal As well as mum and dad . Life is tough ! I will never accept this but I guess we just need to try find a way to move forward on our own xx  like they would want for us xx

    yeah i completely understand where your coming from.. jist thinking about the next part is just cant quit believe it is happening... and feel like an emotional wreck! But theh would definitely want us to be happy and move forward x
