I too feel like that as my appointment day is getting closer, I'm still in pain under my arm where they took the biopsy from the lymph nodes, and when I get pain in my back and shoulders I'm thinking all sorts and if its all connected.

Its ok to feel how you are feeling as its the not knowing.

Please feel free to talk to me anytime and as many times you want. I'm feeling tired as my mind constantly worried.

I'm sorry you're still feeling sore, that must be a pain as arms are always on the go. I had the mother of all bruises on my boob from the biopsy but have to say I'm not in pain.

I'm at work today which keeps me focussed to a point. My other half is being fab. I have played the biopsy down to my son as I don't want him to worry although he has my pragmatism which is helpful.

what are you doing today? X 

If I only had the 2 biopsys on my boob it would have been better, as they don't hurt even though its badly bruised. I've only just managed to be able to wash my hair which I've done today!

Thats good u have a fab husband, your son and work too to keep focused.

I don't work but I'm doing a course in Counselling skills and my unit due in on 29 May so doing that as much as I can really.  My son is worried he's coming with me next week for the results. My daughter is only 10 and I've told her the bruises are because my booby is poorly and had an injection!

I'm ok, trying to feel positive but do feel scared too! Its because I'm still badly bruised under my arm and it still hurts where they took the lymph node biopsy.

My appointment is 2.10pm so let's keep our fingers crossed for both of us. Totally understand why u got upset when u received your appointment.

Hi Lucy,

Oh sounds a lovely weekend planned, I'm hopefully popping to see my sister later and popping to see my son too, he's coming with me on Wednesday to my appointment but he's been a bit distant from me this week as he says he's really worried but I've tried to be positive for him.  

I wake up with dreadful anxiety and can very easily start to panic  but I try and ground myself and not let the negative thoughts get too much out of hand.

Yes, constant reminder of the pain makes it feel so real!
