No cell changes to CIN1 in 4 months...

Hi everyone,

I had a LLETZ treatment for abnormal cells back in 2015. Fast forward to 2019 and I was diagnosed with CIN3 and treated with LLETZ in Jan 2020. Six months (ish, due to COVID), I had a follow up smear which showed HPV but no cell changes. They invited me for a colposcopy (due to the HPV persisting after LLETZ) which I had in Jan this year. I've been told I have CIN1 cells and should come back for a smear in 12 months. 
 

I feel like I'm stuck in a never ending cycle. More so, I'm scared I've gone from no cell changes to her CIN1 in 4 months. But no one else seemed to be concerned about this. Just need some advice and reassurance
