I'm sorry to hear about your recent DCIS diagnosis. It's understandably an anxious time for you. 

We do have some information about DCIS which you may find useful as well as some information about reconstruction. 

I know we have women here on the forum who have been through different types of reconstruction as well as women who have chosen not to reconstruct after their surgery. Hopefully, some of them will post to share their experiences with you but you could also use the forum search function to look for the term "diep". You'll find lots of posts to read through.

I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I'm in the same situation. Due to have a single mastectomy due to DCIS. Waiting to see plastic surgeon about reconstruction. Have you had you surgery yet? How are you doing anyway? Hope everything goes well for you x
