This could be something, or it could nothing.  We don't know.

But I do know that this will continue to worry you, and at some point you will have to see your doctor.  If it's nothing serious, then imagine how much time and energy you've wasted worrying for no reason.  And if it turns out to be something more serious... well, we all know that delaying the discovery of a serious disease always makes it 100% better ... NOT!

We all get scared (I've been scared too many times to count) but if we let our fears stop us from seeking medical aid, then it could be something we'll end up regretting it for a long long time.

Phone the doctor's surgery first thing tomorrow morning and get this thing looked at.

yeah think am going to have to as I can't cope with the worrying the last 2 weeks since I found it have been hell 

am gonna try get an appointment for Monday when am of worth yeah I could just be worrying about nothing or like you said if it is something best I find out early rather than later thanks for your reply
