Hello ppl I have server health anxiety i have xanthelasma over my eyes my doctors says I have high cholesterol but not high enough for medication im really worried of heart attack stroke and heart disease because of these marks can any 1 relate

As Ben says, this is forum is for cancer sufferers. But that said, I hope no one minds if I offer a suggestion or two, even though it's wildly off topic.
I, too, have high cholesterol, and I can't take statins because they make me feel very ill. So instead for the last few months I've been buying Bencol drinks (one a day) and also tablets containing plant sterols, 1-2 per day. I haven't cut out dairy completely, but I now use soya or almond milk. Tomorrow I'm due to have another cholesterol test so I'll know whether these are actually helping.
