I've stage 4 advanced prostate Cancer gone to lymph nodes, spine, ribs, pelvis and a lung, was diagnosed Feb 2016 first went on permanent hormone therapy then chemo, I'm on most days. Just living with my uninvited guest.

I also have stage 4 and I'm on hormone therapy before treatment I needed a channel TURP to sort out my waterworks now just had 1st cycle of chemo it wasn't as bad as I expected but I'm sure it won't last. I'm on steroids and had to self inject for 3days I found that hard.
