Grapeseed extract

I am Pam, a 75 year old woman, diagnosed with stage two breast cancer caught at a very early stage with an Onc DX score of 6. I have had a mastectomy and radiotherapy. I was given Exemastane as ì had a bad reaction to the first aromatase inhibitor. I have had really bad reaction to the Exemastane and have heard that grapeseed extract can work to lower oestrogen levels.

Has anyone got any experience of this natural alternative.

I could be wrong but i think seeds from fruit can contain cyanide might be a good idea to check

We would recommend speaking to your medical team about this as it may interact with the exemastane (if you're still taking it) or any other medicines you're taking for your breast cancer.

I have stopped taking Exemastane completely due to the horrendous side effects.
I cant see the point in taking something that makes me feel so bad. I have spoken to my GP.
