  • Hello Henrietta01,

Welcome to Cancer Chat. You have done the right thing to join our forum. Many here will relate to what you said, that sometimes family or those who are closest to you can't really understand how you are feeling deep inside and what you are going through at the moment.

I am so sorry to hear that your biopsy is likely to be delayed due to coronavirus. I think it would be worth ringing your GP and mentioning those new red marks you have found on your nose. I am sure that they will be able to advise you on this even if it might not be possible to have a face to face appointment at the moment. Do mention to your doctor that you have had basal cell surgery on your nose but that these red marks have appeared since and you are worried about them.

I hope you manage to speak to someone and that you won't need to wait too long to have your biopsy.

    Best wishes,

  • Hi, Henrietta

I'm bit different to you but understand how you feel. I've got prostate Cancer that's gone to lymph nodes, spine, ribs, pelvis and a lung was diagnosed Feb 2016. Been on palliative care ever since no operation just chemo and hormone therapy. To try to keep it down.. Really just living with my uninvited guest, i know its going to start spreading around again one day and it's just a question of waiting...

If you want to talk I'm on forum quite regularly. Best wishes... Billy
