Hi am Called Vicky I am 46 and got diagnosed with stsgev4 bowel cancer in 2016 the cancer had spread to my liver and lungs but after 6 major surgery's and a lot of chemo my scan last month shows no sign of cancer i kept positive and after a lot of work with my doctors and rest of my health care and family I got to this point I never thought I would

can I ask what weekly chemo you are on I have just been diagnosed with stage 4 triple negative breast cancer as they found 5 lesions in my lungs. I finished treatment for the primary in June 18.
as it's triple negative there is no hormone treatment and so I am starting weekly paclitaxel this Friday.
Hope you don't mind me asking.

Hi I am not on any treatment at the moment as my last scan was clear I was on oxyplatin two weekly and I was on target therapy I hope your treatment goes well sending my luv x

Hello funky, I am on weekly Paclitaxel too.I didnt have many side effects.Havent been sick,didnt have diarrhoea or sore mouth.Had only skin rash which has gone now and my nails are discoloured thats all.
But its working well.
