I'm perplexed !
visited a positive living weekend arranged by cancer research and met a nice lady who influenced me with starving cancer.
I never had a sweet tooth so reducing or eliminating sugars from my diet was easy.
i reduced carbs as reasonably possible and bought supplements like Berberine and rhodiola to further enhance my bodies acceptance of glucose.
i had no knowledge of my prior blood levels as I never monitored them.
ive since bought a monitor and am depressed by my readings.
id hoped for levels of 5.0 -6.0 but am disappointed by levels of high -6.7 + am before breakfast and 6.0+ at bedtime.
i spike after eating my evening meal 17.00 - 18.00 to an 9.0 !
cabbage n broccoli soup or a tuna sandwich
am I expecting too much of my blood sugar levels ?
researched on the internet and expected 5.0 !!
