Hey guys. So a few days ago I found a lump on my left breast. It's about the size of a pea and definitely noticeable when I apply pressure and move my hand sideways. I totally freaked out noticing this as it isn't the same on my right breast, and for a few months I had been having sharp pains in the left breast. I'm only 19 and I know it is incredibly rare in teenagers but I can't help panicking due to family history.
Today however I visited my GP who examined them. She told me they were exactly the same, and that there is nothing there, but even checking again tonight at home there is DEFINITELY a lump. It feels almost like a marble... is it possible a GP could potentially miss something? I feel tempted to see another doctor as I check my breasts fairly regularly and I'm well aware this is a new feeling!
Hope everyone is doing well and I hope you are having a good evening. X
