Bleeding after sex post lletz

hey I was wondering if anyone could shed some light. I had lletz procedure on 30/09/19 and recently had sex for the first time since. Since then I’ve been bleeding really heavily almost like a period bleed but it’s not my time of the month yet. Not due for another two weeks. Has anybody else had really bad bleeding? Should I go see someone or is this normal?

    Hi I had loop excission I think it's the same thing as lletz on 10th Feb and had sex for the first time this week now 3 month after and I have had a brown discharge the day after and belly ache like period pains and it's going darker. This is also scaring me as I had CIN3 and hpv positive results. I suffer bad from health anxiety and worry that something is wrong.
