Hi I'm 24 and a female I'm just wondering if anyone could help I've discovered a small painless lump over my chin it feels like a small ball but I can move it around and it doesn't hurt at all. I work in a nursery so I can never tell if I'm run down or not since I'm always dealing with germs.  I have had a cough on and off and the lump appeared about ten days ago I just don't know to get this checked out or leave it as it's not causing me any harm?
