Dr's appt

Hi,

I have a Dr's appt tomorrow to have my breaths checked because I think I have a lump behind my nipple. Now I know until I have been to the Dr I don't know if there's anything wrong but I can't help worrying. My mum had breast cancer 2yrs ago so I don't want to worry her if it's nothing because she still hasn't gotten over her cancer even though she is is clear now and she worries over everything. I'm normally the strong one in the family who stops everyone else worrying so I feel silly being worried about my Dr's appt tomorrow but I can't help. Sorry I just needed to get this out. Thanks

    im glad you came here to chat. Better out than in.....its very scary finding a lump and we automatically think cancer, I can totally empathise with you, my mum also had bc although this was 30 years ago....

    You may feel better if you chat it through with your mum ? She will totally understand what your going through right now and will want to be there for you (as you were for her)
