Hi,

a few weeks ago I noticed that my right testicle was a little larger than the left but more worryingly much firmer. 

I visited my gp who referred my to the urologist, however it's a 20 day wait and in the last few days I've begun to experience back pain, stomach pain and my testicle has increased in size significantly, while the left one has shrunk in size and feels very soft.

The doctor did give me a course of ciproflaxcin while I wait for the appointment but ive been taking the antibiotics for over a week with no signs of improvement, in fact quite the opposite. 

Im worried about the new symptoms I'm having and the thought of waiting another 2 weeks for the appointment is very distressing but I'm just not sure what I can do at this point while I'm waiting.  Any advice wouldn't be very gratefully received.
