Ah. You didn't say you'd already had it for a month. I think now's the time to show it to your GP. 

Please can you let us know what the doc says - your feedback helps us to improve our answers.  

Definately get it checked by your GP. If you've had it that long and it continues to grow it needs looking at. Hopefully it's an easily treatable skin condition and the GP can put your mind at rest. As telemando says, please let us know how you get on,
