Thank you Jenn I hope everything gos ok on Friday.

I haven't told my family because I dont want to worry them.

I haven't told my family either, I had the three biopsy and a sample from my lymph node 

anxiously waiting, you're not alone xx 

I got my results on Friday and I have cancer. 

They told me I have 2 types Ducta carcinoma insitu and Invasive ductal cancer.

I dont know how long I have had it as it did not show up when checking my breasts. I was lucky that they have found it and now Im on a journey to get rid of it!  I have to have a CT scan before they start treatment because we dont know if it has spread from my lymph node to any other parts of my body.

I'm trying so hard to be positive and my husband has been a tower of strength.  I now face telling my family and a trip to Sussex to see them as we live in Wales.

I hope you get better news and please don't let it beat you!

I am so sorry to hear that your diagnosis was not good news. Do you know what grade your cancer is?  I hope that your CT scan doesn't show up any spread elsewhere.

It is difficult to be positive at this stage, because there are so many unknowns and you feel dragged along by the tide, as things are happening so fast. Please try to hang on to your positivity, as it makes a huge difference in dealing with all you are going through.

I am glad to hear that your hubby is so supportive. This also makes a huge difference. Keep him involved in all that is happening, as it is a great help to have someone who you can express your hopes and fears to. You will find that how you break the news to your family, will determine how well they accept it. Again, if you can be positive about the outcome, this makes it easier for everyone.

I just wanted to let you know that there are many of us here battling breast cancer and, refusing to let it beat us. I have had 2 bouts in the past 10 years and am still putting up a fight.

I hope that your trip to Sussex goes as well as it can and, that you continue to do well despite the diagnosis.

My trip to see the family went as well as it could, I tried really hard to stay positive and explained what was found.  Everyone is shellshocked but at least its all out in the open now.

I now have my c.t. booked for next Monday.
