Hi Gusfer. Welcome to the forum.

Your GP is the gatekeeper for nearly all medical services (except when you need an ambulance).  See your GP in the first instance. If you need referring onward then your GP will see to it.

 Phone first thing tomorrow and make an appointment. Most testicle lumps and pains are not cancer, but you do need to be checked out. 

Thought it would be gp. Have not seen my own gp for two years as work can't get the days off when he is in the hospital. The locoms are not good either

Hi I am experiencing pain in my right testicle too I have been to doctors few times the doctors exam my testicle by hand its seem okay but one of the doctor felt that my right testicle is slightly harder then other one he did adviced me to not worry about cancer the doctor told me what it MAY be but not sure he referred me to the hospital for ultrasound scan I'm still waiting and worrying what it may be. I hope get better mate.

Hi I got pain on my right testicle,  below my right belly and right side back pain, the pain going on for sometime now, I seen the out of our doctor last Sunday, he exam my testicles and he couldn't find signs of tumar, he said both testicle are same size, so the doctor prescribed me with antibiotics and told me not to worry today I book a appointment with my own doctor for Wednesday let see what my own doctor say.
