I'm sorry about the pain you've been experiencing recently; it's understandable why you'd be worried.

Unfortunately no-one on the forum can advise you on this but as it's causing you concern it may be worth seeing your doctor (or possibly dentist) about this as they'll be able to tell you more.

Hopefully you'll hear from some of our members who have had similar issues soon but fingers crossed it isn't an indication of anything sinister.

I'm not medically quaified but I had all my back teeth extracted before radiotherapy last June for Tonsil Cancer and was told it was better to remove before radiotherapy as it can be more troublesome during or after treatment so it may well be the case.Surprising symptoms are after 11 yrs but I would probably suggest speaking to radiotherapy support team at local hospital or as Steph suggests, seeing your dentist would make sense in the first instance
