Hello, I've been having stomach pains for the past 6 weeks, it started as a burning pain above my belly button  then moved to upper right quadrant and back and I feel gassy and pain down both sides particularly right side and belching with nasty taste in mouth and feel extremely tired. My GP did bloods and said if anaemia was shown she would arrange a colonoscopy but it didn't it showed a raised serum ferratin and slightly raised ESR so she ordered an abdominal ultrasound which showed a largish gallstone. Symptoms are daily, getting worse as the day goes on and I'm going back this week to see my GP for the next step! Really worried this could be bowel cancer as the majority of the pain is low down in the abdomen and I've got loads of trapped wind too. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you
