Hi , 

Please help as I can't find anyone with the same symptoms.

So wether its sex or masturbating the build up always is the same over the last few weeks,

While performing the above my right testicle always goes really hard , my left feels fine but this is definitely new to my right one.  The only way I can describe is if my right testicle has a reaction when I'm about to ejaculate theres no pain and it soon goes down once I've finished ,  is there something wrong with the right one ? My brain says there some sort of blockage which makes it swell and go hard ... like some sort of pressure
