Hi. The first thing to do is make an appointment to see your GP. You can ask for a male one if you prefer. You should do this as soon as you can so that you are not stressing. I am the Mum of two sons, now 24 and 30.Both of them have found lumps in their testicles in the past. They both had them in their teens. One time it was due to an ingrowing hair and twice they have been harmless cysts. Get yourself checked though as you do need to know. I work for Urgent Care an out of hours Dr service and l can tell you lumps in testicles are common and you can quickly get the advice you need. You have done the right thing already by being alert to a change in your body. So now get a clinician to check you out.
