Hi Marlyn
Yes I have Breast Cancer, I am having FEC T Chemo, I have had 3 Cycles and my 4th is next week. Chemo has been very kind to me, I haven’t had any sickness, just overwhelming tiredness and a general loss of being able to do anything! So I sleep lots. My Chemo will change also next week to the single drug Docetaxel and I am feeling anxious about it, due to different side effects.
Have you had a PICC line fitted? What Chemo will you be having?

how many cycles you having altogether?
My onco liked my veins so didn't think I would need a picc line.....I will be on fec for 4 to 6 cycles every 3 weeks....
when did You loose your hair? Xxx
Morning
I lost my hair about just after my second cycle, so 4 weeks in to the Chemo, it started falling out and my scalp was very painful, so I shaved it off! The pain went and it felt much better. It’s still odd looking at yourself bald, but it’s what happens and you can’t do anything about it. I haven’t bothered with a wig, just wearing hats when I go out.
