Today i lost my mum

Hi, I am Alison, this morning i lost my mum at 3.40am and I quite literally hurt from head to toe. I dont think i can cope and i dont know who to talk to. She was 72 and i am her only child. I am single and i dont have any children. I genuinely dont know how i can continue without my gorgeous gorgeous mum.

    Bless you I am so sorry for your loss..can only imagine the pain you are feeling...not even 24hrs ago you have lost a beautiful lady who obviously was a big part of your life...please talk to a friend or reach out to someone anyone...i flicked past this by accident and couldnt scroll on down without letting you know yourvpost has been seen...I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers tonight ...Claire x

    I am so so sorry for your loss of your beloved Mum.  Remember she loved you too, so much, take comfort from that. 

    Like Rice 43 I saw your post in passing and felt a need to offer you what little comfort I can.  I cannot imagine how it is for you today - but I was once in a similar sorrowing place.  Like you I am single, no children, and lost my Mum when she was 74 - 10 years and 14 days ago.   I was numb, and didnt know where to turn to.   Is there anyone you can call, a friend, a cousin, an aunt - who you can call and talk to?  If so please pick up the phone and call them.  

    I will monitor my messages if you wish to reply - until 1030 this eve and will log on tomorrow morning.  With my heartfelt prayers xc

    My thoughts are with you at this saddest of times.The pain is very real. You need to give yourself time to come to terms with your loss.Remember how much love you share as mother and daughter, your dads love is always with you.Take care of yourself xx
