Primary breast cancer 1990 aged 32. Major issues sourcing treatment. Mastectomy breast 1 then Chemo/Radiotherapy/Tamoxifen then changes in 2nd breast so I elected for prophylactic removal. Not suitable reconstructive surgery. A couple of big scares which didn’t turn out to to be recurrence and I also have lymphoedema (which for me is very manageable). I have had 28 good years for which I am immensely grateful. I would like to say to any fellow cancer suffer that prayer, hope and treatment are definitely the way to deal with your diagnosis.
