Feeling tired during the diagnosis/ waiting/more tests is fairly common I think. It’s not easy and it’s not something you are in control of so can cause stress and that day on day is tiring. 

There’s not much you can do about the waiting, try to find things to do that you enjoy and won’t tire you out until you have all the test results thro and a treatment plan in place   

Once that happens, things are likely to move very quickly  

Hi there the waiting can seem daunting but read up and start a juicing programme it keeps you busy and does bring energy levels up. There are some great cancer juices the sooner the better for you. Positive as hard as it can be and support. There are people that can help cancer society a great bunch of people. It's nearly a year since being diagnosed and been through the procedure. Be prepared, the treatment will shatter you. 

Emotions of the kind you are having will bring you down. Just stay positive! 

Im going to be honest, but what you’re feeling is probably in your head... I know it was in mine! 

Just keep positive and keep busy! Don’t dwell. I stayed working until the day before my surgery

and kept as busy... well as busy as I could... I watched movies, I wrote, I painted, I did everything other than stewing. I had my down days, but the power of positive thought is an amazing tool! 

My nanny was a faith healer, which essentially is a masterclass in positive thought. It does wonders! 

Im at the end of 6 months since diagnosis and had my first full week back to work since my radiotherapy. I'm knackered and increadibly frustrated by a class of teenagers not listening to me, but so happy to be back.
