About Missymussy

Hi there I turn 60 this year last year was diagnosed with carcinoma (cancer)on my right breast. Op was in July treatment radiation in Ocober 2017. Right away I got into Juicing and eating right out with the suger less meat. More veg less gluten. Turmeric is a must. Beet root juices. Keeping positive don't invite stress keep busy but watch your energy levels. I read a lot and Pinterest had been interesting. Bathe in Epsom salts baking soda lavender oil relax breathe meditate. Detoxes you. So that's what I did but past few months I have laxed need to get back into it. So we are what we eat Forks over knives doco helped me what I was doing to my self. So I changed everything in moderation. It can be lonely as everyone thinks your good 5 years they give you unless it appears again! I am worried it's happened again I will be back to tell?
