Hi Terri ... so sorry ... wish there was a way of making things easier ... but there is no easy way through these early days ... and feeling all those emotions are normal , it's all part of loosing someone you love ... and you've been together so long ... hope your boys are near and they hopefully help you through if you let them .. its prob really hard seeing their mum hurting so ... 

when ive lost loved ones , I just take one day at a time .. no more .. just get through today ... and the same every day ... there's wonderful people on here who will hold your hand through ... and so many of us have lost our loved ones so you will never feel alone ... my thoughts are with you big hug X

Oh Terri, I am so sorry for your loss and your desolation.  I just want to send my love and pray that you will be able to stay strong, all of us who have lost loved ones know how you are feeling.
