Sending you my warmest wishes and all the luck in the world, my mum has just been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, we are totally heartbroken, we are hoping and praying she can have chemotherapy to give her a little longer,but the outcome is still the same,I cannot imagine living the rest of my life without her.my poor mum is being so brave whilst the rest of us are totally falling apart,I am terrified at what the future may hold,The thought of losing her is unbearable.

It is one of the worst positions to be in! When I was told I was incurable but controllable I was in bits due to my girls, parents & brother. It's amazing where you find the determination from. I am very brace at times but have my times I'm not. My 2 daughters amaze me they are so rave & cope so well as they are only 12 & 16. I am on the new type of chemotherapy & hope your mum is suitable for some of the chemo's. I'm sorry you are all having such a hard time. I hope you get more information & it sustains life longer for your mum.
