Hi. My name is Jane and I'm 43 years old. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with cancer in my mouth. I went through a 12 hour operation, 2 weeks in hospital and then 6 weeks of daily radiotherapy. I am due my follow up appointment next week and hopefully everything will be fine. My family and friends have been fantastic at supporting me through the last 4 months but I still find myself sitting alone and bursting into to tears. I thought I was over the worst but I don't feel I am.
