Hallo all I have just been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer which is oestrogen led and HER2 positive I am awaiting results next week after having surgery to remove the lump and some lymph nodes. I have had major heart surgery a few years ago and dealing with that also I am type 2 diabetic I feel I have been dealt a short straw having 3 things to kill me I was diagnosed Xmas eve and tests New Year's Eve and treated and surgery all in the course of two weeks which is superb but feel very knocked for six and some days not able to deal with it feel life sucks at mo but have a very supportive husband and amazing friends trying to feel positive of the next stage of the journey and find the days drag waiting for the pathology report had the surgery on 5th Jan so still sore and very tired my daughter gave me a very good way for me anyway which helps each major turning point I have a label for each milestone and post it in a box close the lid and move on to the next one it is helping me to deal with it the next label is no painkillers and then results and way forward maybe this can help you others suffering this horrible nightmare
