Prostate cancer - been living with stage 4 for 4 years. Don't give up

I am 70 and diagnosed about 4 yrs ago.

Got a phone call out of the blue after my scans.

Luckily, I have done well on xtandi drugs. No side effects.

After I turned 70 I thought I am not giving up just yet so joined a gym. I am one of the oldest and now doing some serious weights under guidance.

My blood pressure has dropped dramatically and my oncology nurse cant believe it!

I am stage 4 with cancer also in some ribs, lungs and left clavicle.

Never give up, do what you can..I no longer walk with a stick, posture far better and I feel good.  Just a little exercise helps.
