I can imagine it was a shock for you to be diagnosed with salivary gland cancer and it must be a bit of a period of uncertainty for you at the moment as you are waiting to have more tests to find out more about the treatment plan. I hope that you will get some answers soon when you have your results and this time of waiting is really the hardest and it can be hard to know what to do. The best thing to do during this anxious time is to keep well away from the temptation to look things up online and to carry on with your life as you would normally do, keeping distracted and carrying on doing all the activities you enjoy. Have a look at our helpful tips on how to cope while waiting for news which I hope will help you deal with this time when you might feel a little bit in limbo. 

It won't be long now though until you get your full test results and I am keeping everything crossed for you that you get more clarity soon and that the treatment will go well.
