“They think it’s all over”…

Another brief update CLog, “they think it’s all over, it is now”:

6 weeks, 30 blasts of Radiotherapy and 6 days of Chemotherapy, done!

I’ve shared pics & a vid on other socials, which I can’t share here:

Vid of me ringing the ‘end of treatment bell’ at the Rosemere Centre.

The T-shirt I spotted on the tinterweb last week, “it is the power of the mind to be unconquerable” … so true!

The key ring from my daughter Emma for Fathers Day… “the Mountains are calling”, indeed they are!

A special message from me to all those that have taken time out to comment on my CLogs, trust me, you’ve helped me through this along with my family and close friends, thank you for your support.

And to all of the amazing staff at the Rosemere Centre, you work through every day looking after so many people, many of which are in a worse position than me, with kindness and care, you all deserve medals. A particular shout out to the nurse in Chemotherapy who looked after me on Monday and as I was leaving, she looked me in the eye and said, “don’t take this the wrong way, but I never ever want to see you again”…. we love a sense of humour.

Tracks from my Years… my favourite dance track ever, Rufus & Chaka Khan, Ain’t Nobody, enjoy!
