So sorry to hear you’re also going through this. I was diagnosed last week and am currently waiting on a CT scan to check for spread, and for an initial course of chemo to start. I’ve been told to expect six cycles, every three weeks, followed by surgery. Like you, I’m a very positive person and have decided that rather than let this consume every part of my life, I’m tackling this head on and appreciating every day, even the bad ones, and hoping I can share my own story one day of coming out the other side. I’d suggest following gemma_Isaacs on instagram - she was diagnosed TNBC very young and has made a full recovery and offers lots of positive advice, and also, assuming you’re in the UK, join the Facebook group Triple Negative Breast Cancer UK and Ireland (TNBC) Support. There are so many people there starting their journey like us, or have shared stories coming out the other side.
