Hi sasha..  Yeah I've had  loads of dreams and nightmares..  Sometimes 2 or 3 in the same night..  Not ideal eh.

Erm I sometimes just wonder around the living room and try walk it off and I do this for maybe 10 minutes which usually kinda works for getting back to sleep.. Its almost like a mental reset and going back to bed if that makes any sense :).the vague things I remember the day afterwards I tell my mate who then runs them through chat gpt... Surprisingly it has helped understand why I am having certain dreams
