Sasha

Hi everyone. Been thru kidney-ureter cancer, colon cancer and ovarian cancer. Have also had several skin cancers. Am on letrozole since November and experiencing most of the effects but am so disappointed with the nightly dreams and waking up unable to get back to sleep. Of course this contributes to the fatigue, headaches and the rest of the gambit.  How do you cope????  My thoughts and prayers to all of you.

  • Hi sasha..  Yeah I've had  loads of dreams and nightmares..  Sometimes 2 or 3 in the same night..  Not ideal eh.

Erm I sometimes just wonder around the living room and try walk it off and I do this for maybe 10 minutes which usually kinda works for getting back to sleep.. Its almost like a mental reset and going back to bed if that makes any sense :).the vague things I remember the day afterwards I tell my mate who then runs them through chat gpt... Surprisingly it has helped understand why I am having certain dreams

All best sasha and this may or may not help ya but who knows eh

    Adios for now x
