Hi I had same surgery as you on the 19/2/26 I to have pain under my right breast near my ribs, I wouldn’t say I was in severe pain but slightly uncomfortable in that area I think it’s where they have gone into the ribcage area but I will be asking the dr.  When I go back for my follow up in April , do you have a follow up date, try not to worry you’ve had a major op !

Hi Ruth glad you’ve been reassured by a nurse , I to to am a lady of 70 and yes things do take a bit longer to heal but we must be strong and positive, good luck with your recovery. Chris
