Currently on etc treatment for breast cancer

I had my first Ect treatment last Thursday but am really struggling with headaches and not sleeping so feel so lethargic all the time.

Doctor prescribed sleeping tablet but didn't notice any difference.

Also apart from numerous Paracetamol has anyone any other ideas. Thankyou

    Hi Rocky, sorry to hear about your diagnosis.  Have you spoken to your breast care team about your headaches?  Also if you are on steroid tablets taking them late can affect your sleep.  I have zopiclone and they seem to help.  Hopefully you will settle into a routine with your body as your treatments go along.  Big hugs.
