I had lumpectomy and lymph node removal on 11th December 2025, Er positive, Her negative, 26mm clear margins and no trace in lymph nodes, but grade 3, so waiting for oncotype results but im struggling with the fact that they are now saying I will need chemo, to be honest, im in the middle of selling my house, move to another county on 27th Feb, and my husband suffered a cardiac arrest last year and had bypass surgery so have been looking after him which is hard enough, then having to deal with the fact that I had breast cancer it has been a lot, I only know horror stories about chemo just wondered about side effects etc or is the treatment targeted for each individual?
