Diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2012. On prostap and a drug called Enzalutomide. No strength/energy, bones are creaking

Hi Guys,

New to this site so I may ramble a bit.

Diagnosed with prostate cancer PSA 28 Gleeson 8 in September 2012. Radiotherapy 38 sessions and 30 months on prostap and all appeared fine and was taken off all meds.

Fast forward to 2020 and got a swelling in my groin and under the knife for a ruptured hernia. No hernia but lots of lymph nodes removed and straight back to the oncologist.

Middle of Covid so no Chemo but back on prostap and a drug called Enzalutomide.

I am now on cycle 70'ish of the Enzalutomide (now on half dose daily 2xtabs) and my PSA is 0.05 and has been for 4+years.

I am now becoming  weary,  no strength/energy, bones are creaking and cracking and very tired.

I am seeing my oncologist again in a week and although I kinda know that he will want me to continue, do I have options as I feel like I'm on a trial and there has to be something better for my quality of life or am I between a rock and a hard place.

Maybe I'm looking for an impossible solution, is there one?!
