Letrozole - recently started this and got a migraine straight away. Does anyone have any advice or happy to share their experiences?

Hi I had invasive lobular breast cancer diagnosis in September and have had 2 breast saving procedures- am now about to have radiotherapy but have been put on Letrozole and got a migraine straight away - any advice ? Experiences ? Thank you

    Sorry you’re dealing with this, especially after everything you’ve already been through. Migraines can be awful, so I’d mention it to your breast care or oncology team, particularly as it started straight after beginning letrozole. They can advise whether it’s likely to settle and what’s safe to take for the migraine.
