Hi Upper,  I am on ribociclib for secondary breast cancer.  I believe they give it for primary now to stop a reoccurrence.  I was on 600mg but had such a horrendous rash my oncologist reduced my dose to 400mg.  I have been on this for a year now.  It does lower your immune system so you have to be careful of colds etc.  I don't know what other side effects I have as  I don't know what symptoms are from what medication.  I do feel a bit nauseous when I start again after the week break but it goes away and I am on cyclizine for nausea.  Best of luck.
