Good afternoon, I am new to this forum and am currently going through tests. However, I am looking for some people who under went a bone marrow biopsy. If this is you please get in touch.
I think i must have been lucky. I went for bone marrow biopsy and the two nurses kept me talking and laughing. Then they said that's it. Laid there for 10 minutes and then went home. It was only a little sore at the entry site for a day and that's all I felt. I hope you have the same experience

Thank you for your reply. So glad your biopsy went well. Two acquaintances of mine had the same experience as you, that’s how I know mine was not correct. I think most people are isolated when having a BMB and read the leaflet but believe what’s on line so expect it to be really painful so when it is they think it is normal so do not complain. As you know it is not. I have since had another appointment with my consultant and discussed it with him so I am now submitting another complaint. I am still struggling with my mental health but am better than I was. All replies are helping.
