Hi Mike,  I am sorry to hear that your cancer is now in your pelvis.  I hear that SABR radiotherapy can completely get rid of the cancer so fingers crossed you will have this and it will clear the cancer.  I know it is a worry when the cancer comes back but with all the new treatments, there is definitely hope.  I have secondary breast cancer and it has spread to pelvis, hips, spine, ribs and skull but the treatment I am on has made this stable and I have a good quality of life.  Wishing you all the best.
