Could it be pancreatic cancer

I have had pancreatic cancer symptoms for just short of 7 years now nausea bloating upper abdominal and back pain under right ribs and heaviness and diarrhea and constipation I have had ct endoscopy colonoscopy and a lot of other tests I’ve been diagnosed with bile acid malabsorption diverticular disease gallbladder polyp and fatty liver disease but still convinced I have pancreatic cancer any ideas to see if I can get a diagnosis finally

  • If all the tests you've had so far haven't resulted in a diagnosis of cancer, I do wonder if there's actually any other test that would give the result you seem to be looking for.  No offence intended but when do you reach the point of accepting the opinions of experts?I

Have you sought help for what, to this absolute amateur, sounds like health anxiety? I have stage 4 bowel cancer and honestly don't think I worry as much as you.

I do hope you find a solution.

  • With the usual disclaimers - everyone's different etc etc - it might seem that you've had these symptoms for far too long for them to be pancreatic cancer. These symptoms typically appear at advanced stages, where survival without treatment is a great deal less than seven years.
