Hi Jojojo1234 I am so sorry to hear of your diagnosis.  I too have incurable stage 4 breast cancer this is treatable though.  Now it is a life limiting disease but the doctors can control and manage our systems for many years.  It is such a shock to be told and so much to get your head around.  We have to think we are not dying of cancer, we are living with cancer.  Try and take things one day at a time, it is more manageable this way.  I am on another forum on the Macmillan website called Living with incurable cancer-patients only.  It is so comforting and supportive for me as we are all in the same boat, different cancers but all incurable.  I have just taken ill health retirement from work.  I worked for the DWP for 21 years so if you need any help with benefits, I can try and help you.  Sending you big hugs and you are not alone.
