Thank you for coming here and sharing your story. It's great that you are so active despite having prostate cancer and going through several treatments and I am sorry that treatments haven't so far kept it in check and you are feeling exhausted and with low motivation. I hope that the Radium 223 treatment will be effective. 

You have done the right thing in coming to this forum and I hope that you will hear from other members of our community who have been in a similar place to you and gone through all these prostate cancer treatments - one name springs to my mind in particular, the lovely eddiel who mentioned on this post from last month the different treatment options they might be considering for him for metastatic prostate cancer, Radium 223 being one of the possibilities.
