Good Morning,,  just joined the site having just started my first round of Chemo yesterday so all brand new to me,  please be Patient with me obviously and many concerns.

I'm in Gravesend Kent aged 66 

I have been sent home with a 48hr pump, Anti Sickness and Steroids to be taken for 3 days.  Do I start them today or when the pump comes off?  Just concerned if they are already in the pump I may be adding extra.  Thanks in anticipation someone can put my mind at rest before I take them.
